SquawkIQ LLC (“SquawkIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit SquawkIQ.com, create an account, or use our services.
Information we collect
- Account and subscription information: your name, email address, account credentials, subscription status, and billing information supplied through our payment processor.
- Product preferences: watchlists, tickers, keywords, and alert settings you choose to use.
- Technical and usage information: device, browser, IP address, pages or features used, log data, and approximate usage timestamps.
- Support communications: information you send us when you contact support.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems.
How we use and share information
We use information to operate, secure, personalize, support, bill for, and improve SquawkIQ; to communicate about your account; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support our payments, hosting, analytics, customer support, security, and communications, or when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction.
Your choices and requests
You may update account preferences in the service. To request access, correction, deletion, or information about your personal information, contact Support@SquawkIQ.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights may have rights to know, correct, delete, limit, or opt out of certain processing, subject to applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Terms of service
By accessing or using SquawkIQ, creating an account, or starting a trial or subscription, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use a paid subscription.
What SquawkIQ provides
SquawkIQ is a market-news organization tool. It provides a headline feed, watchlists, optional audio Squawk alerts, and other features that may be made available from time to time. When Squawk audio is enabled, only newly received headlines that match a user's watchlist are intended to be read aloud; general feed items are not automatically read aloud. The service is not a brokerage, exchange, trading platform, investment adviser, or execution venue.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. You may not share, resell, copy, redistribute, scrape, archive, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to replicate the service, content, feeds, software, or access controls. You may not use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms SquawkIQ, its providers, or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms or to protect the service.
Third-party content and availability
Headlines and other information may come from third-party sources. We do not control those sources and do not guarantee that content will be accurate, complete, available, or delivered on a particular schedule. Content may be delayed, changed, duplicated, interrupted, or unavailable. Features may be modified, discontinued, or affected by maintenance, network conditions, or third-party services.
Intellectual property
SquawkIQ and its logos, interface, software, design, and original content are owned by SquawkIQ LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own internal, lawful use during an active subscription.

Billing, free trial & cancellation
Monthly and yearly plans include a 3-day free trial, unless a different offer clearly states otherwise. At signup, you authorize the applicable recurring charge after the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled.
- Trial eligibility: one free trial is permitted per person, account, payment method, or household, to the extent permitted by law. We may deny or end a trial if we reasonably believe it is being misused.
- Cancellation: you may cancel through the account controls or by following the cancellation instructions provided in the service. Cancellation takes effect for the next renewal period; you retain paid access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds: payments are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. Canceling after a renewal does not create a refund right for the current period.
- Billing questions: contact Support@SquawkIQ.com promptly if you believe there is a billing error.
We will clearly present the price, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation path when you enroll. Subscription terms must be accepted at checkout.

For informational purposes only. SquawkIQ content, including headlines, audio alerts, automated speech, summaries, commentary, tags, and any other output, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
- Nothing on SquawkIQ is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, option, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.
- SquawkIQ does not provide personalized investment advice, monitor your trading activity, manage accounts, or act as your broker, dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary.
- Do not rely on SquawkIQ as a real-time, complete, or error-free source of market information. News and data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or superseded.
- Automated or AI-assisted features, where offered, can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be independently verified.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUAWKIQ IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR AVAILABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUAWKIQ LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUAWKIQ LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SQUAWKIQ FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnity, governing law, and changes
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SquawkIQ LLC and its officers, owners, employees, contractors, and providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms. These policies are governed by South Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these policies by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policies, to the extent permitted by law.
